Return & Refund Policy
- All products being returned must be unopened and in original packaging with the factory seal still in place.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for each product being returned.
- Refunds are issued once returned products are received and inspected.
- Please call us to initiate any return prior to shipping products.
- Returned products must be declared as hazardous materials, and shipments must be properly packaged and prepared under Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). We do not accept hazardous materials that are not properly packaged, labeled, and shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Failure to comply with 49 CFR may result in civil penalties and/or criminal penalties.
- 30 day Return period starts from the day the product was shipped.

- Valid on advertised items from local retail competitors 30 days prior to or after your purchase from Allied Aire LLC
- Price matching is valid only on identical models and manufacturers. Allied Aire LLC reserves the right to verify the manufacturer and model of other local retailers' advertised items.
- Customers must provide original print ads when making a purchase. Copies will not be accepted.
- If the ad is not dated, Allied Aire LLC reserves the right to verify the current price.
- Competitor online pricing is subject to verification by Allied Aire LLC.
- Ad must originate from a competing retailer with a physical location in the United States.
